Connie began her sales journey pounding the pavement—selling printing and office supplies door-to-door on straight commission as a newly single mom rebuilding her life. Her determination and natural talent turned into real results, eventually leading her to close major contracts with companies like IBM, Delta Airlines, BellSouth, Motorola, AT&T, MCI, NCR, and the Federal Government. That early hustle laid the foundation for a career defined by grit, heart, and high performance.
In 1999, Connie joined the world-renowned Dale Carnegie Institute, where she spent more than 20 years as a full-time consultant and certified trainer. She developed and delivered leadership programs, coached executives and teams, and became known for her no-nonsense, results-driven coaching style. Today, her work also includes senior transition support and public speaking training—always with one goal in mind: helping people get unstuck and move forward with confidence.
