In 1999 I joined one of the greatest training organizations of all time, Dale Carnegie Institute. After spending 22 years collaborating with them full time and as a consultant/certified trainer, I was introduced to the importance of being a lifelong learner, being organized, accept sudden change, lead others to success and be an encouraging coach to my clients through personal and career growth. Previous to 1999 I worked with several other popular trainers and speakers where I obtain additional knowledge and experience in coaching and training.
My journey includes speaking to large groups of people on several topics including leadership, sales skills, retirement, and change management.
In that period, I also worked with other great organizations including the Federal Government and IBM.
While I was helping and guiding clients through successful transitions, I became very passionate about being the best guide possible for developing new habits that led to permanent success.
From a life journey that includes overcoming tragedy, moving thirty-two times, living in seven states, being divorced and a single parent, working with hundreds of companies and people, I developed a system that works and that can be applied not only to your current goal but future goals as well. My clients often far exceed even what I imagined for them once they grasp the system used in my no-nonsense method.
My Favorite Quote and Author:
Yet I will not fail, as the others, for in my hands I now hold the charts which will guide me through perilous waters to shores which only yesterday seemed but a dream.
